Job Overview

The Returns Coordinator is accountable for recorded information and facilitates the processing of merchandise returned to the manufacturer because of defects, damage, customer errors, stock rotations, or for repairs/modifications and requires knowledge of CRM/ERP system utilization for return material processing and inventory control.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Receive returned materials, examine and compare merchandise with SDC product and production standards and records information such as product type, item numbers, quantity, type of return, device condition, package condition and date.
Identify and distribute materials to the appropriate SDC production department for inspection to be evaluated, repaired, modified, replaced, returned or restocked.
Facilitate and expedite timing and process of each returned product remains within SDC production departments.
